HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, abdomen pain may have numbers of reasons as long as the visceral organs are concern, it may be colicky pain, due to biliary colic, renal colic, it may be due to inflammatory changes, infection, metabolic disease and others, underlying cause is matter of concern, some time it may be nonspecific may not be having any specific reason, appearance of the stool is due to diet taken and it may not be the direct indication of any abdomen disease unless correlated with clinical condition or testing done, for pain Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen can be used, hope this information helps.
