What Could Sores Like Ingrown Hair On The Leg Suggest?
Hi, I have a sore that looks like an ingrown hair, near a vain and my skin is thin there. It is in the folds of my leg near my stomach and rubs when I walk. Painful and now is bleeding with alot of puss coming out of it. I used neosporin on it and covered it with a bandage. I ve so far had it for two days. How do I fix it?

Hello, it looks like you have bacterial folliculitis.
I would adv you a course of oral antibiotics with cap Cephalexin 500mg four times a day for 7 days, along with that apply mupirocin cream locally on the lesions twice daily..Try to avoid friction in the area.
The lesion will dry off in this duration
