As per your complain white pustules at the back of throat along dysphagia and swollen tonsils seems to be probably due to a severe case of bacterial
throat infection known as
strep throat. In case if it is due to viral infection, then there can be secondary bacterial infection along with viral. White pustules are pus pockets that further confirms towards bacterial infection. For confirmation consult an Otolaryngologist or an ENT expert and get evaluated. He can do investigations like throat swab culture once again as it can help in diagnosis. You can be advised:
-Antibiotics like
Augmentin or
Azithromycin to resolve the infection.
-Anti-inflammatory painkillers like
Ibuprofen can be taken to relive pain. -Doing warm saline gargles, steam inhalation and using a humidifier in your room can be very much relieving.
-You can also suck throat lozenges to soothe the throat.
-Gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine.
-Gargle with antiseptic solution like few drops of Betadine in water.
-Chew Vitamin C pellets to boost up the immunity.
-Avoid spicy and chilled foods.
