What Could Sharp Pain In Stomach While Burping With Little Blood Discharge Suggest?
I've been having sharp stomach pain. Every time I burp I feel the sharp pain more. The pain starts from the diaphragm area and down towards where I pee. I did some research could it be acid reflux? I also had a tiny bit of blood but I'm not on my period.
Hi. Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific. Noted the history and understood the concerns. Sharp pain in stomach starting from diaphragm going to area of private parts along with blood in urine indicate that you have problems related to urinary tract. This can be investigated by the following ways. Consult your Doctor for preliminary clinical evaluation, examination and relevant investigations like tests of blood, urine and stool. Urine should be sent for culture and sensitivity before the antibiotic is started. Ultrasonography of abdomen can indicate the possible cause. Get referred to the Urologist for confirmation of the problems and further investigations to get an exact cause and proper management. Take plenty of oral fluids to keep urinary tract flushed.
