What Could Red Dots On The Surface Of Brain Post A Hit Indicate?

Should I worry about internal bleeding? My 13 year old son hit his head on a door not that hard I believe. He acts by himself no bruise, nothing but there are some red dots on the surface of the brain, i would like to send a picture of what it looks like through email, and should I worry about it?

The rule for head injuries is to observe the patient for 24hours . if boy is normal nothing to worry but if boy vomits or has headache or drousy he must be immediatly taken to neurosurgeon.
