What Could Red Bumps On Belly , Chest And Arms Suggest?

i have notice red kind of smooth little bumpy vertical lines on my belly above my waist. There are about 15 of them each 3-4 inches long. they aren t itchy and i feel completely normal. i m about 5ft. 3in. weighing at 157lbs. I also notice them on my arms next to my chest but they are white instead of red.and one more thing is that my throat hurts a little and it makes me want to throw up sometimes. I m 15 so I m guessing it s because of my puberty but I m not sure so please help

The description suggest that the lesions you have are striae. They are due to stretching of your skin that may occur due to sudden weight gain or weight loss.Striae can be treated by many topical medications like tretinoin and Vitamin E.Newer emerging treatment for striae includes platelet rich plasma therapy.
