What Could Recurring Stabbing Pain In Chest While Having Tachycardia And Arrhythmia Indicate?

I m having strange chest pains every once in a while that feel similar to stabbing. They linger for a few seconds and range from around my heart to near my collar bone on both my right and left side. They really frighten me and cause me to gasp every time. I have sinus tachycardia and sinus arrhythmia. I take Atenolol for my sinus tach and Lexapro and Seroquel for my depression and anxiety. Any ideas what it could be?

Hi,
A stabbing pain in the chest area radiating to collar bone in the back ground of sinus tachycardia is likely to suggest that the muscles of the heart do not receive enough blood supply at that point of time. So you need to rest that time thereby decreasing the work load of heart. However, this problem definitely warrants a formal clinical evaluation preferably by a cardiologist at the earliest
