What Could Recurring Nausea, Stomach Aches, Mood Swings And Mild Fever Indicate?

sir my girlfriend is showing all the symptoms of pregnancy.Also we had intercourse during May of this year(long distant relationship) and now shes having all these problems..BUT SHE HAD HER PERIODS REGULARLY EVEN AFTER, FOR TWO TIMES NOW. we dont need this now. please suggest, if pregnant and if not, what are these symptoms for. (symptoms- nausea, stomach ache, mild fever, joint pains, her moods changes real frequent, always sleepy)

don't worry ,anyway she had menstruation even after intercourse in may ,,
so there is less chances iof pregnancy

have a check once with preg.kit at home ..
moreever symptoms even similar to pregnancy ,those may be due to other causes ,so don't worry

check first ,, then treat her with multivitamin and healthy diet
it is better to have a ultrasonography abdomen once for the above symptoms to rule out diagnosis ..ok..
