when my partner goes to bed he is fine then about 5 in the morning he has pain in his chest, thought he may have cracked a rib but he is fine during the day, been happening for about 2 weeks now. He is 40 years old, about 5 foot 11, weighs about 17 stone. He is on tablets for heartburn.
I hag gone through your concern and in my opinion he should exclude some other problems despite the heartburn as follows: EKG Cardiac Ultrasound Troponin CK-MB Stress test Chest X Ray Meanwhile he should be very careful with several foods, alcohol, smoking. After having the above results the relevant specialists will advice him in the next step.
Wish your both a good health
