why is my heart beating so fast for the past few days im 17 me and my boyfriend just went on a break and as soon as we went on a break my heart is beating so fast and i feel so weird and i start crying so randomly and i dont know why please tell me why i dont know why my heart wont slow down

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to anxiety.

The fact that you start crying is typical of anxiety.

So, there is nothing to worry about.

I would just recommend performing thyroid hormone levels to exclude a thyroid dysfunction.
