What Could Pulled Muscle In Leg While Having Pedunculated Fibroid In Fundus Indicate?

I just turned 60 and have been dealing with menstrual cramps, bleeding and what I thought was a pulled muscle in my leg. I have a pedunculated fibroid in my right fundus measuring 4.6 x 4.3 x 4.0 cm. Could that be hitting a nerve in my back causing pain in my right leg? Healthcare will only prescribe muscle relaxers.

Hi,

Actually, if you have used some contraceptive devise and you are sure about absence of pregnancy. You can go for the Primolut-N pill and wait for 8 days for bleeding. In case bleeding does not appear OR in case the delay recurs, you would need to go through all the tests (in order to find cause for irregular menses) and start with specific treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
