What Could Pregnancy Symptoms With Spotting While On Implanon Indicate?

Hi, so I ve had I plan on in for 3years. Today it expires. The last 2 weeks I ve felt tired, bloated, headaches, very nauseous, feeling like I m going to start my period any secon only to see its just normal discharge but more than I m use to. I spotted for 1day and it was very light and lasted not even a full day. Is this because its running low? I ve had a period every month since I ve had the implant so I m just confused, could I be pregnant?

Irregularities in menses is common when on implanon, as you have mentioned you had regular periods, irregularities may be due to low implanon level.
I would have asked to wait for another two to three days and asked you to go for urine pregnancy test and with morning sample of urine which is more sensitive.

Urine pregnancy test is nearly 97 % accurate, hence it will be helpful to clear your doubt.
