Hi, am 25 yrs old 1.2 meters tall. Add sex about a year after i wil feel a great sharp pain in my stomach in nigt atimes. And semen folow my urine and now very frequent urine and tiny bites over my body and now am havin very weak erection the last time i sex i could not semen and am losing weight and fatigue pls wat cause it? And way out?
