Hi there, I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

Your skin condition can be due to dryness, I will suggest you to apply moisturizer around the nipples twice a day for 5 to 7 days.

Secondly, the please try to wipe out the secretions on the nipples with warm moist cloth or towel. If the discharge continued to appear again 'then please get blood prolactin levels done.

If prolactin levels are raised , tablet Cabergoline 0.5 mg once a week for 2 months should be taken.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks
