welcome to Health care magic.
1.The report means - the disc which is between two vertebrae has moved back wards, which is measuring 3mm.
2.And causing pressure effect on the nerve which is passing through the foramen.
3.Treatment in this case starts with a simple exercises, with maintained positional norms, lying on a flat bed, avoid heavy weights with some pain killers.
4.If symptoms are severe and difficult in daily activity - the treatment will be intervention / operative procedure.
5.Try the back exercises on daily basis - many of the patients do get relief after exercises. Good luck.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
