What Could On And Off Pricking Pain In Scrotum With Redness Indicate?
Needle like pain in scrotum on left side. I see some redness on both sides of scrotum. Pain is intermittent. I thought it might be an ingrown hair but cannot find anything that looks like an ingrown hair, pimple, or lump on scrotum. I have noticed for a 1-2 weeks, but sometimes pain goes away for a day or so I have not contacted my doctor.

* As per my clinical experience, there can be possible fungal infection as Tinea or bacterial lesion with gram positive bugs as staph aureus or else.
* In some cases :
- tight undergarments
- excess perspiration
- lack of genital hygiene
- uncontrolled blood sugar are predisposing factors to raise the problem.
