What Could Numb And Tight Fingers And Toes With Little Red Dots All Over The Body Indicate?

Hi, I have just started having numbness in my fingers and toes they also feel tight and very sensitive to heat. I also have noticed that I have little red dots all over my body that started around my fingers now spread to my hands, arms, stomach, back and legs. the red dots are even on the inside of my hands
