What Could Lymph Nodes On Ear With Joint Pain Suggest?

quick onset of lymph nodes enlarged behind left ear down neck. then fever. now traveled to right side. combination of body ache, joint pain, lower back pain. now rash on face. have not been out of the country. tick bites unknown. blood work done. on antibiotic. all within 48 hours.
