What Could Lumps & Sores Around Jaw Bone & Ear Suggest?
I have a bite on my head and 3 hard lumps about the size of a pea or smaller in front of my left ear above my jawbone. It has been painful for about 6 hours. The side of my face and the back of my head is sore behind my ear and above my ear as well as above my jawbone.

It seems that there might be having some acute infection on biting site leading to enlarged painful cervical, sub-mandibular and post auricualr lymph nodes.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 3-5 days.
