What Could Lumps On The Labia Majora Indicate?
I have a hardened cylindrical lump under the skin on one side of my labia majora. It usually comes and goes in a matter of 1-2 days but this time it has been persisting for 4+ more days. It is painful when rubbed and I thought it might be related to sexual activity though not possible to be an STD. My mother has history of vulva cancer so I am concerned it could have to do with that.

I really appreciate your concern, the genital lesion that you have are not due to any sexually transmitted disease or malignancy but this could be due to some infection and in my opinion antibiotic can be used and best one is "Tab Cefdinir 300 mg" twice in day, local application od "Povidone Iodine" cream can be used, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
