What Could Long Stringy Peice Of Skin Tissue In Stools Indicate?

I have been constipated lately and throwing up. I use miralax and that helps. But last night I got really sick with cramping but could not go for a while. When I did, I believe I cleared my bowels, then I had diarrhea. So, I found a long stringy piece of tissue floating in the water, I took it out with old tweezers. It is definitely like skin tissue. It is about 4-5 inches long. What do you think it is?
