What Could Little Lump In The Middle Of Chest Oozing Out Smelly White Stuff Be?
i notised couple of weeks ago i had little lumb in middle of my chest so i then relised it looked abit like a black head so desided to sqweeze it and white stuff like a black head came out but really smelt like stail milk but now every time i rub my chest theres still that smell and always seems to need sqweesed out ? what could this be
I would like to keep a possibility of Sebaceous cyst.
They are usually asymptomatic lumps which are filled with white/chessy material. They can persist as such for years with gradual enlargement over the years.
The surface may have a black dot (sometimes not visible) which is actually the punctum through which the material discharges.
Sometimes they may become secondarily infected and give rise to pain and swelling.
Treatment is surgical removal under local anesthesia. The cyst should be removed in totality along with the cyst wall or else it can recur
