Hello,

You are having little bumps on the head of the penis. The bumps on penis can be due to various skin conditions like pearly penile papules, Fordyce spots, genital warts or serious medical conditions. If these bumps go away in the next few days, it is likely that they are from the friction of intercourse and are not dangerous. Take care of your hygiene.

If they are blisters (water-filled), wart-like, bleed, hurt, or persist, you should get clinically examined by a Urologist / GP. The bumps on penis or lips may be due to sexually transmitted diseases or infections like herpes, HPV, syphilis, etc. Get STD tests done to be on the safer side. If the reports are positive, you will be treated with antivirals and antibiotics. Avoid any type of sexual activity while you are being treated. Stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
