What Could Lack Of Bowel Movements With Nausea Suggest?
Hi I have been unwell for 4 days now, my symptoms are nauseousness headache, lethargic dizzieness not eating or drinking much.Initially I thought I had a tummy bug but now I am not so sure. I have not moved my bowels properly for over a week and my daughter feels that I am full of toxins . I also have type2 diabetes would you be able to help me PLEASE!
