What Could Itchy Labia Majora With A Small Lump Near The Clitoris Indicate?
For the past 3 months the right side of my labia majora has been occasionally itchy. I noticed a diagonal line in that area that is palpable under the skin. Now the line leads to a soft pea sized lump that is lateral to the clitoris. The lump is not clearly visible, it is underneath the skin and does not appear to have a head . I have been using mupriocin 2x/day for a week with no noticeable difference other than peace of mind. I am 35 years old with no recent sexual activity. What can this be? Too high for Bartholin s, not an infected follicle...it is located in the crevice between my labia minora and labia majora where there is no hair.
There is no pain and has not burst out in three months. From the presentation it seems you have fungal infection..If i have to treat such a patient I will advise her Miconazole cream for local use Tab Terbinafine 250mg once a day till it disappears.
