What Could Itchiness Post A Scabies Infection Suggest?
i used permethrin lotion for my scabies a little over two weeks ago, and now out of nowhere i'm itching again. i was gone for two weeks from my house and all my clothes and sheets were unused for over two weeks, what's is the problem, do i have an allergic reaction almost three weeks later?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having recurrence of scabies infection.
It is common as during treatment all bumps are not opened and lotion not entering in bumps resulting re infection.
Scabies parasites remains under bumps and so bumps are not open while application might not killed and causes reinfection.
So before application scrub all lesions and make bumps open.
Go for treatment of all family members as well.
Ok and take care.
