What Could It Be If The Right Rib Grinds Against Other Ribs And Rib Cage Is Bruised?
Sometimes when I am laying on my stomach and go to get up, a rib on the right side of my rib cage grinds against my other ribs and seems to slightly pop out of place. Also, sometimes when I wake up, my rib cage is very sore and feels bruised. I ve seen a visible bruise only once. Do you know what the problem might be, if any at all?

I have read your question, normally ribs Dont rub with other unless you a malformation by birth, for which it is better if you get a chest xray done.
