What Could It Be If The Child Had Stomach Issues And Tingling In Hands, Feet, Arms?

My 3 yo daughter complains often that her hands/ feet/arms "sparkle" or "wrinkle". She complains often about this and I am very concerned. It is at random times and not necessarily when doing something that would cause circulation to be cut off. She has stomach issues and was diagnosed as being fructose intolerant. Also, there has been a recent onset of horrible breath. I doubt there is a connection, but this is what is going on. My child only complains about her stomach hurting and her limbs sparkling. She isn't one to constantly complain and I am wondering what is going on with her.

Is the tingling sensation more after waking from bed ?
Your daughter could have a simple thoracic outlet obstruction by a rudimentary cervical rib.
Nothing to panic as a simple Xray and a few Nerve conduction studies of both upper limbs will help rule out any neurological abnormality.
Once confirmed, simple physiotherapy and breathing exercises will do the trick.
Cheers!
