What Could It Be If Having Wetness In Ears And Ringing In Ears?

Every morning I have wet ears. Both sides drain a very thin wet substance. I assume it's wax and yet I never have wax build up. I use a Q-tip in the morning and they are usually fine the rest of the day. My hearing is sound but I have noticed in the last two-three years that I now have quite a bit of ringing in my ears also...usually at night when I go to bed. (maybe it is because it is quite then that I notice it) I am 48 - female and quite fit for my age. Not overweight and no other health issues. I take no medications and do not usually suffer much from any allergies.
