What Could It Be If Having Lower Abdominal Pain Radiating To Groin, Pressure During Urination?

I m having lower abdominal pain around the right side of my waist, sometimes the pain is sharp and radiating down the right side of my leg towards my right testicle. I feel some pressure when I urinate on that particular side but no fever no nausea of vomiting. Also have pain with some movement.

Hi.
The pain you explained which radiated to the testicle and the leg is suggestive of a stone in the right ureter. The stone and the hydroureter can cause a mild pain on movement.
Ultrasonography after preparation of the abdomen with Duclolax and Gases will give a proper diagnosis. The treatment will depend upon the location-of the stone and other findings.
