What Could It Be If I Feel Like There Is Something Under The Eyelid While There Isn't?

I scratched my sclera earlier this morning and it still feels like there is something in my eye (under my top eyelid) even though I'm pretty sure there isn't. Also there has been pus in my tear ducts. Is this something to worry about and does it signal an infection?

Pus in tear duct means infection of lacrimal duct and sac. It can be treated by applying eye ointment and systemic antibiotic. If not cured dacrocystectomy can be done. Consult eye doctor for treatment.
