hello sir / madam,i am male 23 years old and overweight with a heavy body . i was doing all good but when i returned from malaysia last week i started to feel light pain and tightness in the middle my chest, which comes in day and goes at night .
what can it be ? please help

Asthma can often cause tightness in the chest. This is something that you can be tested for. Other causes include gallbladder inflammation (cholecystitis) and reflux.
