What Could Gastric Issues With Sleeplessness Indicate?
last few months I am suffering gas problem. I had a very nice sleep. Now I find I could not sleep at all. Even when I am travelling by bus, I easily have a nice sleep. But now a days I find though there is a heavy sleepy eyes, when i just go bed and try to have a good sleep, I could not sleep at all.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood your concerns. Since you are suffering from gas problems for the last few months, this may probably be the cause or the effect of each other meaning sleeplessness. This can be diagnosed by the following way: Get a consultation of your Family Physician for clinical evaluation, examination, counselling and investigations as needed like that of blood, urine and stool; ultrasonography of abdomen. Once a sort of clinical diagnosis is made you will get a prescription based medications for the gases as well as sleep and you will be fine. Watch for any stress and anxiety as they can cause both the symptoms. Also identify the factors yourself that instigate or enhance your problems and avoid these at any cost as prevention is better than cure.
