What Could Follicles In Ovary In Ultra Sound Report Suggest?
I had an ultra sound the other day what dose this mean.The endometrial echo is rather thin , measuring 3mm in AP diameter. Both overies are somewhat small . Each has an esttimated volume of lwss than 2cc .one small follicle is seen on the right overy and none are seen on the left overy. I have had no bleeding for about 2 years but still have pain of and on. i'm 37 years old

Findings are suggestive of age related atrophic changes.
With aging,ovarian size starts regressing.
Endometrial thickness depends upon stage of menstrual cycle.
Follicle are normally seen in ovaries.It is not a matter of concern.
Pain may be due to some other reasons.It need proper evaluation.
