Welcome to health care magic.

1.The liver size is increased than the normal cutoff some where around 15 - 16 cm. With increased echo texture - suggest fatty changes.
2.This conditions are seen in patients consume more alcohol, excessive fat congaing food, and liver some other liver pathologies.
3.Rest all parameters and structures in the liver appears normal.
4.In this case avoid any habits ( if you have ), reduce excessive fat intake. If you want to make sure - get a liver function test ( gives the most possible diagnosis ).
5.Suggest to get appointment and request for blood test, other wise its a common findings in most of the patients, which just need to have a followup.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
