What Could Elevated Iron And B12 S Levels In Blood Work Be Indicative Of?

What could elevated iron and B12 s levels in my blood work be indicative of? I don t take any supplements, but the nurse leaving the message for a follow up appointment said the dr. wanted me stopping any vitamins. But I don t take any. Is this something I should be concerned about?

There is need to know B12 and iron level in your case. There is also need to review your treatment in last 1 month to check intake of B12 and iron.

If it is only mildly elevated from normal range then in my opinion there is no need to worry.
