What Could Delayed Periods, Cramping, Pinkish Discharge And Sore Breasts Indicate?

hi im 5 days away from my normal menstrual date to start have been having some slight cramps and lower back with slight headaches off and on for a few days today i wiped and saw watery pinkish discharge breast tender bladder feeling very full with some loose stool what could this mean.
