Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there is a cyst on both epididymis, and of small size, which needs a followup.
2.Both testis appears normal with normal parenchymal echo texture with no evidence of any mass lesions.
3.In this case there is no need of any surgery.
4.If you are symptomatic symptomatic treatment would help followed by antibiotic treatment.
5.Suggest a followup scan if symptomatic after treatment.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
