Hi,

Nasal congestion with sensitive eyes and lack of energy are suggestive of the following:
- Viral infection is the commonest cause.
- Take symptomatic treatment in the form of Ibuprofen.
- Take decongestant orally.
- Nasal decongestant like Otrivin nasal drops.
- Take rest.
- Plenty of oral fluids.
- Take electrolyte powder to gain some energy.
- Consult a Doctor if these measures fail to relieve your symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT & General Surgeon
