What Could Chest Pain, Heart Palpitation And Bruising Indicate, Have Factor V Leiden?

Maggie LeBrun. 16 years of age. About 5 feet 3 inches. And a proximatley 120lbs. I have factor five lieden. Diagnosed on the 10th of December. I had 4 blood clots in the left lung. I have been to the emergency room about 2 times since than. I went because I had strange chest pain, stomach pain. 2 nights ago, I went to the Emergency room for double vision, dizziness, throwing up, heart racing and head ache. I also had a very bad bruise that I got before I went to the Emergency room on the 10th of December. And it is still there. I got a leg ultra sound and everything was fine, just blood together in my muscle. Which should heal soon. I had a chest exray and a ct scan, and all came back great. They had no idea why I was feeling the way I was so I got sent home. I am very annoyed right now. I have been having a heart palp all day, and last night until this morning my heart felt like it just had a different beat for some reason. I don t know if my heart being so racy is any problem. I have a event 1 month heart monitor on at the moment, and whenever I click the button to get it checked, they tell me it came through cleary. What should I do?

the factor five leiden is a disorder that increases the risk of blood clotting.. the symptoms of double vision might be due to micro clot in the structures of the eye..although unlikely but u need to check with an ophthalmologist.. also the dizziness might be due to anemia so u need to check your blood haemoglobin level.. sudden shortness of breath, chest pain while breathing in, bloody cough or rapid heartbeat are symptoms of a blood clot that travel to the lung..
you also need to go to the hospital if u have symptoms of deep vien thrombosis which commonly affect legs and cause pain, swelling, redness and warmth of the leg
to avoid these clots.. you should follow healthy diet, start some physical activity, avoid long travels and smoking..
during pregnancy, peroids of stress or surgey you should go on anticoagulant medications

Note: For detailed guidance on genetic screening consult a genetics specialist
