What Could Cause Vomiting, Blackened Stools, Severe Back Pain And Cramping?
my boyfriend is vometing and cramping and has severe back pain uper and lower and its been going on for years now. Do you know what may be causing this? Today he has been vometing green. He has been pooping black and I dont understand what is causeing this pain to him. Please help.
Vomiting and blackened stools may be due to upper GI bleed seen active peptic ulcer or duodenal ulcer with lumbar spondylosis etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Get it done stool examination for occult blood and microscopy.
Get it done X-ray of lumbar spine. Please consult your gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
