What Could Cause Vomiting And Stomach Pain ?
My son is 6 years old,and complains of stomach pain in the morning after drinking milk/eating anything..and wants to throw up...and from past 10 days vomitting occasionally,and says stomach pain even seeing food....what could b the cause... pl help...otherwise he is active

It might be because of gastritis.
Try to avoid spicy food/ citrus fruits/ coke etc.
He needs a course of acid suppressants like Lansoprazole 15 mg once a day for 5 days. This medication has to be given half an hr before food.
If vomiting persists, he might need medications like Domperidone/ Ondensetron.
