What Could Cause Tongue Tingling Post Oral Sex?

So I performed oral sex with a female and since then have had a little tingling like my tip of tongue feels like i just burnt it from coffee and it won't go away also thei noticed it a little red and small bumps at tip of tongue but this could be the taste buds just red as well

I dont think this is caused by infection and probably this is just irritation of allergy reaction but if these symptoms persist for several days then you need to visir ENT and do further tests to rule out infection.
