Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
About two weeks ago, my left big toe was slightly tingly. Last night, both my toes were numb at the tips and slightly tingly. I just ate a very late dinner and the very tip of my tongue is slightly tingly....I m a 23 year old male that is very active. Can you help?
As I understand from the history this should be just a change of posture led to nerve entrapment temporary. This will get over on its own without anything much to worry about. But if the symptoms are prolonging for longer than we might need to do some blood routine to rule out any pathophysiological changes in the body.
Till then just observe the symptoms and wait and see if it's increasing of reducing.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Jay Indravadan Patel, Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist
