What Could Cause Tightness In Chest, Pain In Both Arms With Weakness For Few Minutes?

It has only happened 1 time. I was walking to a restaurant and as I was going to open a door, I felt a tightness in my chest and pain down both arms, I could not lift my arms and barely stand, I held on to the building. It lasted several minutes after it subsided I felt weak.
