What Could Cause Throbbing In The Face, Neck, Chest?

i suffer from atrial fibralations,at the same time I get throbbing in the left side only of face ,neck and chest, doctors say not connected what else could cause this quite extreme throbbing,metropolol makes me feel drowsie and sick,so at moment am taking magnesium tablets,can you help,, regards l marinkovic

Hi... Welcome.. First of all atrial fibrillations is a type of irregular heart beats-so IT CAN SOMETIMES LEADS TO THROBBING., particularly when you r telling that the throbbing occur only during atrial fibrillations. Here are my advices
1.keep calm and make rest during attacks and take long deep breaths during the attack.
2.atrial fifibrillations are dangerous sometimes - it can lead to Stroke, hypotension. So, treatment is required
3 . there are 2 types of treatment available
- medicines like metoprolol, amiodarone, tab. Diltiazem etc BUT DON'T TAKE THIS MEDICINE WITHOUT PRESCRIPTION FROM A CARDIOLOGIST. I am just guiding you that there are other options available.
- Surgery - radio frequency ablation surgery will cure permanently your atrial fibrillations.
SO KINDLY ASK YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT THE THINGS I HAVE GUIDED YOU.
