What Could Cause Tension Headache, Nausea, Stomach Bloating And Lower Back Pain After Periods?

I had sex 4 days ago and the day after, I got my period which ended yesterday and today, I ve had a tension headache all day and nausea, stomach bloating and a slight lower back pain, these usually disappear when my period starts, what could be the problem?

Hi,

I think that these may be premenstrual syndrome which in your case ,and in this time they have prolonged. I would suggest you to start Pantoprazole course and paracetamol 500 tablet for 5 days. I would also suggest you to have evening primrose tablets for 30 days.
