Hello and welcome to HCM,
The presence of tiredness, headache, chills, body aches and lymph node enlargement is suggestive of infection.
The presence of chills is suggestive of bacterial infection.
Antibiotic amoxicillin would have cleared away the infection however, you need some more investigation to know the cause of the symptoms.
Chills are seen in malarial infection, urinary tract infection, biliary tract infection, sepsis etc.
However your symptoms are not so severe to suggest sepsis or biliary tract infection.
But viral infections are not usually associated with chills so the symptoms are not probably due to viral infection.
The lymph node enlargement can be secondary to the infectious process.
An aspiration of the lymph node can be done to look for the cause of lymph node enlargement.
You need to consult your treating doctor for further management.

Thanks and take care
