What Could Cause Swollen Eyes And Red Blotchy Skin?

I have swollen eyes and red blotchy skin I've taken reactin to see if the swelling would subside didn't really help...wondered if I could be allergic to my cats, never had a problem with them before, had the cats for years... could there be some underling problem that I should be concerned about.....

Swollen eyes and red spots are might be due to allergy, infections,foreign body, blunt trauma to the eye or eyeball.yes u can take antihistaminics tablets available OTC and wait for at least 24 hours,if still symptoms don't subside then u should see Opthalmologist immediately.
