What Could Cause Stomach Pain?

Hi,

My stomach pains heavily whenever I lift a heavy object. For ex. I lifted my bike yesterday to move it to some other place and after a while stomach started paining and the pain lasted for almost 16 hrs. It has happened in the past too when I lifted the bucket of water and walked with it for almost 10 - 15 mins. This never used to occur in the past. There is NO vomiting sensation or need to go for a potty...but the pain is unbearable sometimes.
Please advise.

Thanks,
Swapnil.

Respected Swapnil hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
* Your pain is in relation with musculoskeletal system not intrabadominal
viscera .
* Due to overstratching of underlying muscles , irritation of nerve endings,
exertion beyond level of tissue capacity to handle certain contractions ,
relaxations etc. are responsible.
Hope this clears your query.
